Make sure that you have filled out your web draft form and sent it in. 
Make sure your payments are up to date.

What is my log in information?

Your user name is your email address and your password is your last name first initial (ex: smitha) The username log in is NOT case sensitive BUT your password IS case sensitive.

When will my website be posted?

Within 2 weeks of your photo shoot.

When will my photo shoot cd be mailed?

Within two weeks of your website being posted.
